I’ve trained with James 15 years. I had always wanted to go on a retreat but never found the opportunity. Every section of the weekend taught me something, and I have since taken many aspects in to my daily life. As of writing I am one week post event and I have massively reduced my phone usage (particularly social media), I have started twenty four hour fasting and plan to keep this up at least three times per week, and am taking a dive in to breath-work and want a deeper understanding of this.
